Delivery Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with Medocal Limited. The following terms and conditions constitute our Delivery Policy.

Delivery Timelines

At Medocal Limited, we strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. The delivery timelines for your purchase are as follows:

• Nairobi County:
  • Same-day delivery for orders placed by 1 PM.
  • Orders placed after 1 PM will be delivered by midday the next day.
• Greater Nairobi Metropolitan Area:
  • Orders will be delivered by midday the next day.
• Rest of Kenya:
  • Delivery within 48-72 hours.

You will receive an order confirmation on your mobile phone with the order number. If you do not receive the order number, your order has not been confirmed by our system. Confirmation will also be available on the website under the “Your Orders” section.

You will receive a notification when your order has been dispatched. Our delivery rider will contact you to confirm delivery. For upcountry deliveries, these will be made by our courier partners.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, delivery may be delayed. If this occurs, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery Rates

• Nairobi County:
  • Free shipping for orders above Ksh10,000/-.
  • Delivery charges apply for orders less than Ksh10,000/-.
  • Express delivery charges apply for orders placed after 1 PM for same-day delivery.
• Outside Nairobi:
  • Delivery charges apply for all orders and are based on the number of boxes.

Occasionally, delivery delays may occur.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive an Order Confirmation SMS or email once your order has been accepted by our system. This order number can be used for any queries regarding your delivery.

Damages

Please confirm that all orders are complete and in good condition upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged, please inform the delivery agent before they leave. International Delivery

We currently do not deliver outside of Kenya.
